RE/MAX KEY Program collects personal information primarily to ensure the proper management of the discount program and to improve its promotional offers.
Our goal is to maximize the rewards paid to all RE/MAX KEY Program members and to provide as many benefits as possible for them. RE/MAX KEY Program collects data on devices that access or attempt to access our website. The information we collect such as your name, email address, phone number and physical address is used to follow and manage your account. In addition, we may use information related to the stores you visit or the offers you view on the RE/MAX KEY Program to select special offers that are relevant to you.

The RE/MAX KEY Program sends emails to members: customer service emails, such as promotional emails featuring particularly attractive offers. RE/MAX KEY Program does not support or tolerate the sending of spam, and clearly prohibits it under its conditions. If you want to report a spam incident, please contact us. To do this, click on "change my preferences". If you subscribe to RE/MAX KEY Program offer emails, you agree to be contacted by RE/MAX KEY Program. You can withdraw your consent at any time by simply changing your profile information or by following the instructions on how to "unsubscribe" in all emails sent by the RE/MAX KEY Program.
You are responsible for updating your contact information in your account and keeping it up to date. You can make changes by visiting your account page and entering corrections, or by contacting customer service. Upon request, we will provide you with information regarding the possession of your personal information. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. The email and postal address you entered on your personal profile page are the addresses that will be used to contact you, including to send payment for your cash back. RE/MAX KEY Program is not responsible for payments sent to the wrong address that you have provided us.
